Join our Club on March 16 for a program that takes us on a spectacular escape through two extraordinary and historically important gardens in the United States. Join our hosts, Dean Norton and Peter Hatch, as we learn about the considerations of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson when working in the dirt at their homes, and be inspired for how you could bring these ideas to your home.
Dean Norton is the director of horticulture at George Washington’s Mount Vernon and recipient of the GCA's Elizabeth Craig Weaver Proctor Medal in 2020.
Peter Hatch is the emeritus director of Gardens & Grounds at Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello and recipient of the GCA's Historic Preservation Medal in 2011.
