Season Opening Meeting: Soil and Water Expert, The Meadow Farmstead

The Meadow is a small vegetable operation tucked into the backyard of Becca and Joel’s home in the Adirondack mountains. Becca is the farm owner and has a degree in Crop Production, Horticulture, and Land Resource Management. Sunita Halasz, the water expert from the Adirondack Council, along with Dillon Klepetar, head of Essex Institute and owner Farmstead Catering at Echo Farm will speak.
